Therese Plath welcomed Aleisha Heyne in 2022 where Aleisha has learnt to navigate her way through sales systems. Aleisha makes processes for Therese and the administrative teams seamless and every interaction a pleasure. This comes from having dipped her toes into almost every role in the office, drawing on firsthand experience to create better ways of functioning.
